Receipts, not vibes

The credentials you wish every trainer led with.

Every coach claims they're “certified.” Below are the actual letters and links — verifiable, current, and the ones that govern what a coach is qualified to do during pregnancy and postpartum.

See the full credential page
  • NASM-Certified Personal Trainer

The gold-standard fitness credential — board-validated knowledge of biomechanics, programming, and corrective exercise.

    Verify on NASM
  • Pre & Postnatal Performance Training Specialist

Trained specifically to program around pregnancy, postpartum recovery, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor health — not a weekend add-on.

  • Liability-insured for in-home work

Professional liability coverage for every session inside your home. You aren't taking a flyer.

  • MBA · Lehigh Valley resident

Built this business the way you'd build any other premium service: with reps, with systems, and with an actual line of accountability.

Why this isn't just personal training

No gym. No commute. No childcare. Just a credentialed coach in your living room.

  • NASM-CPT, pre/postnatal certified

One of a small number of Pre & Postnatal certified coaches in the Lehigh Valley. If diastasis is affecting your movement, we can check at your first session — never an upsell.

  • Your living room, your equipment, your schedule

Lexi brings the kit you don't have. Sessions happen during naps, before partners leave for work, or in the quiet of an afternoon — not on a studio's clock.

  • Fully insured. Real-deal credentials.

    Liability-insured for in-home work. NASM-CPT · Pre/Postnatal Coach · MBA. The people who hire me aren't taking a flyer.

  • Serving Center Valley, Saucon Valley, Coopersburg, and the rest of the Valley

Travel within 15 miles of Macungie is included. Further afield is a small add-on we sort out during the free consult.

Stylized · the actual setup fits in a 6'×4' corner of any living room

The setup

Fits a corner of any living room. Kid included.

The whole kit is a 6×4 mat, dumbbells, a kettlebell, and bands. Lexi brings all of it. Set up takes 90 seconds. The kid-safe zone sits next to the mat — same room, same eyeline, zero handoff.

  • All equipment Lexi brings — nothing to buy
  • Mat unrolls in any 6×4 floor space
  • Kid zone sits next to mat, in your sightline
  • Pack-up is under 2 minutes after the session

Who it's for

This is for you if…

  • You want a workout designed around your body, not a generic class
  • You can't (or don't want to) leave the house
  • You're managing diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues, or a C-section recovery
  • You're a former athlete who wants real programming, not stretching

What it actually looks like

You. Your baby. A kettlebell. A 60-minute window.

No one's asking you to find childcare. The baby comes with you — in a carrier, on a mat, sometimes mid-lift. Lexi has been there twice herself. The program is built to flex around the actual life you're living.

  • Baby in carrier → loaded carries become the warm-up
  • Baby on mat → goblet squats happen above their head, gently
  • Baby cluster-feeding → we shift to floor mobility and breath
  • Toddler awake → kid joins the warm-up, then plays nearby

Step 1 · Free 20-min consult call

We talk through where you are, what you've done, what your OB has cleared, and what you actually want. No pressure to sign up.

Step 2 · Initial assessment session

I come to you. We do a movement screen, diastasis recti check (if relevant), and run through your first workout so I can dial in modifications.

Step 3 · Weekly or biweekly sessions

45-60 minutes at your home, a park, or a neutral location. I bring equipment if you don't have any. Kids can be present the whole time.

Step 4 · Programming between sessions

If you want, I write you 1-2 short workouts you can do solo between sessions. No app required — sent via text.

4-Session Pack

$100($25 / session)

Most-purchased — best for testing the waters.

Single Session

$30/ session

The math you actually do

$30 in your home vs. $90 you barely use.

Most Lehigh Valley personal trainers charge $75-85/session at a gym you still have to drive to, find parking at, and bring (or pay for someone to watch) your kid. After the drive and the childcare, the gym session costs far more — and you barely use it because the logistics aren't worth it.

Real costGymIn-home
Session fee$85$25–30
Childcare during session$25$0
Drive + parking$10 + 40 min$0 + 0 min

FAQs

Real questions, real answers.

Have one I haven't answered? Ask me directly.

  • Do you bring equipment?

Yes — I bring dumbbells, resistance bands, and a spare mat. If you have any equipment at home, we'll use it. Most prenatal/postpartum programs need very little gear.

  • What if my baby cries the whole time?

Totally normal. We work around it — pause to nurse or soothe, then resume. I've done sessions one-handed while a mom held a fussy newborn. The workout still happens.

  • How far do you travel?

Macungie, Allentown, Bethlehem, Emmaus, Trexlertown, Center Valley, Whitehall — included. Easton, Nazareth, further out — yes, but with a small travel add-on. DM me your zip and I'll confirm.

  • I'm 32 weeks pregnant — can you train me?

Yes, with your OB's clearance. Third trimester needs specific modifications (avoiding supine work after 20 weeks, careful weight selection) — that's exactly what the NASM prenatal cert covers.

  • Do you offer virtual sessions?

Not currently. The whole point of this offering is that I'm there in person to spot you, adjust form, and assess your core. If virtual is what you need, I can refer you to good remote coaches.
