Lexi Krieger, founder of Babies and Barbells, has been a proud resident of the Lehigh Valley her entire life. Growing up in this vibrant community, she developed a passion for fitness and the benefits of daily movement, which she carried through her collegiate field hockey career. As a mom, Lexi understands the unique challenges mothers face in prioritizing their well-being. Driven by her passion for fitness and her commitment to helping other moms, she combined her MBA and her expertise as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer to create a supportive space for women in the Lehigh Valley and its surrounding areas.
With Babies and Barbells, Lexi offers customized workouts tailored to moms at every stage of motherhood, from postpartum to raising young children. Her classes include modifications for all fitness levels, ensuring a welcoming and accessible environment for both new and seasoned moms.
