Your first class · minute by minute
So you know exactly what to expect.
Times are approximate. Everything bends around the kids.
Arrive a few minutes early
Pull into the lot, grab the stroller, walk inside. Lexi's usually setting up — say hi.
Set up your spot
Spread out a mat, lay down a blanket for your baby. Snacks within reach. Other moms are doing the same — it's casual.
Warm-up + introductions
Lexi runs through a 5-min warm-up while learning everyone's name, your kid's age, and any modifications you need today.
Strength block
20 minutes of progressive strength work — dumbbells, bands, bodyweight. Every exercise has 2-3 modifications. Pause to soothe a kid? Totally normal.
Conditioning + cool-down
10 minutes of heart-rate work modified for any fitness level, then a 5-minute stretch + breath reset.
Stay for coffee
Most moms hang for 10-15 minutes. Kids play. Adults talk. This is half the class, honestly.
